4 Pyrmont artists | 4 points of view in the Domänenburg in Aerzen

It’s stormy outside and the rain is falling incessantly – inside there’s art

More than 100 art enthusiasts gathered in the historic and equally hospitable rooms of the Domänenburg in Aerzen on Sunday to take part in the vernissage. The deputy mayor of Aerzen, Michael Schlie, opens the exhibition and is certain: “There is something for everyone.”

Mathias Schlüter from Pyrmont knows how to present the different works of the artists to the audience in vivid language. The opening was accompanied by the singer-songwriter duo “Greencircle” from Hanover, Britta and Sandra.

The four artists Magdalena Hohlweg, Antje Horn, Ingrid Vorsatz and Agnes Zirke surprise the audience with their different works.

  • Light as a feather and mysterious

A series about bird feathers and their stories Many of my works show bird-like creatures – creatures that do not exist in reality and yet demand their place somewhere between memory, observation and fantasy. And yet the thought always creeps up on me that I am still a long way from the actual diversity of…

  • April – find out what you really want

Courage to find your own artistic voice – especially now April is rarely unambiguous – perhaps that’s why it’s the most honest month of the year. At least it doesn’t pretend to have everything under control. Between friendly, bright moments and rough, uncomfortable days, an interplay unfolds that is often closer to our own inner…
