On the way...

... From the egg to the adult insect, incredible changes happen. Several weeks pass before the mealworm turns into a nymph or pupa, from which the flour beetle hatches. Inside the almost immobile nymph or pupa, the last big changes take place. Nothing seems to be happening. But soon a beetle slips out of the pupa, which has nothing to do with the mealworm that it once was.

 

Only patience

What is going on inside the pupas takes time. In peace lies the power. But sometimes even such a flour beetle - nymph plagued by impatience.
