The world is pink – and October is creative<\/h2>\n\n

There you go: In the Bad Pyrmont spa gardens, the begonias in perfect harmony provide the proof – pink is the trend color in October. And I’m right in the middle of it. Pink suits me, doesn’t it? \ud83c\udf3a\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n

On a sunny fall day, it really comes to light: pink, magenta, rose – wherever you look. From the delicate peacock coneflower to the knobbly seeds of the magnolia to the bright dogwood – pink is everywhere right now. The barberry shows the whole palette between pink, red and purple. <\/p>\n\n

Indian summer is a real gift<\/h3>\n\n

Indian summer is a festival of color and abundance, even if the pleasure doesn’t last forever. I enjoy these pleasant, colorful days in autumn like a final firework display before the summer colors finally fade and the days get shorter and grayer. <\/p>\n\n

A sunny fall day as an elegant end to the warm season – I have to be careful not to miss it, because such days are unfortunately few and far between.<\/p>\n\n

Chestnuts are real treasures<\/h3>\n\n

On such a wonderful autumn walk, of course, I can’t resist the temptation to bend down every few meters to reach for the miracle that is spreading out in the rustling leaves at my feet – a freshly fallen chestnut really is pure abundance.<\/p>\n\n

Here and there it shimmers promisingly between wilted leaves – bulky spiky balls reveal their shimmering treasures and let their moist, shiny, reddish-brown jewels roll across the path.<\/p>\n\n

I collect one or two, or even better a few more, to stash in my jacket pocket. The autumnal colors and scents of the forest seem to be mysteriously preserved in this shiny fruit. I take them home with me – preferably to keep them forever, of course. <\/p>\n\n

Feeling the coolness and weight of a fresh chestnut in your closed hand awakens the scent of damp, slightly musty leaves – and a firework of colors to boot. Like the Indian summer in a travel brochure – only much closer. <\/p>\n\n

At home, the collected treasures are viewed and sorted – the creative streak awakens at the latest when it’s uncomfortable outside again.<\/p>\n\n

Making a chestnut man is not just a fun craft for children, it also brings back endless memories. Do you feel the same way? <\/p>\n\n

After a few days, however, the beautiful chestnut is already dull and wrinkled.<\/p>\n\n

Well, the splendor will soon come to an end and the long winter is sure to come. And the darker the days, the easier it is to think worrying thoughts. It’s really not difficult at the moment. My creativity is my advisor when it comes to replacing inner disaster movies with fresh thoughts, images and dialog. Feeding my heart and brain with positive impressions is important for my daily self-care right now. <\/p>\n\n

I like to let nature remind me that something new will emerge from the old. Pausing, reflecting, perceiving – that is the power of autumn <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Making decisions, creating something new<\/h3>\n\n

The creative spark helps me again and again – despite all the transience and uncertainty – to make my personal choice: What is important to me, how do I want to preserve it? What would I rather say goodbye to in my life? What do I want to bring through the winter and let grow in the coming year? <\/p>\n\n

There is no doubt that the coming year will not be the same as this past one. Are you as happy about that as I am? Apart from the unsettling world events, I had to overcome some personal challenges myself. Have you already started your inventory? There’s still time – fall has only just begun. I’ve already been able to get a lot off my chest in my review of the past year<\/a>. Now another year is coming to an end. There’s only one thing to do – enjoy the moment! <\/p>\n\n

Small moments, big inspiration<\/h3>\n\n

I simply appreciate the little moments because they often amaze me and warm my heart. In other words, my artistic work has become even more important. Instead of looking to the future with worry, I discover opportunities in the omnipresent changes. I create space for my own dreams, thoughts and wishes. I don’t want to get caught up in the events of the day – I prefer to write my own story. <\/p>\n\n

The tiny fruits of the barberry, for example, glow in the fall. They are so tiny that, like so many other delightful wonders, they can easily be overlooked. In this detail of one of my collages, the two little fruits are sitting on a piece of parcel string that I found lying around – and they are already fighting over the best spot. Or what do you see in the picture? <\/p>\n\n

It is becoming increasingly clear to me that our personal expression is reflected in the colors and shapes that we create with our hands. That is why every creative and artistic creation is so important. We give shape to our dreams. <\/p>\n\n

I can share the moments that are important to me with others by creating my own work. It’s as if my dreams take shape and I develop new worlds with them. My creative work is full of new possibilities. <\/p>\n\n

Every creation is an expression of my personality, which I can continue to develop.<\/p>\n\n

October is the month for art and creativity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

At the end of the year, I sort out the old. And by getting rid of old things, new visions slowly but steadily develop. <\/p>\n\n

Oh – and how well pink fits now! As the color of creative creation. <\/p>\n\n

I create new things from my wealth of experience – I give shape to my own truth. Autumn is the perfect time to sort things out and create something new. <\/p>\n\n

For me, being able to create something means taking things into my own hands and letting my own voice resonate in the room.<\/p>\n\n

My works as a language of connection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

However, this flamingo is hard to convince that my blue dress is much prettier than its pink feathers! That’s the way it is in art – every point of view has its justification \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n\n

Let`s talk about Pink<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n

What are your true treasures that you would like to honor now that summer is coming to an end? What dreams and memories do you want to give shape to with your hands? <\/p>\n\n

Instead of bemoaning the bad weather, I give my memories of the past summer material form – whether painted, sculpted or put into words – together we can enjoy all the stories that others will find too.<\/p>\n\n

So: pink for creation. And a chestnut in my jacket pocket – as a talisman and a reminder that even the little things tell a big story. <\/p>\n\n

And because nature shows me how to do it, I have also set to work: I create my collages from old, discarded found objects, flower remnants and seemingly useless little things. Things that we all normally overlook – I affectionately call it “material with life experience”. <\/p>\n\n

This becomes something new. A small universe that shows that even the most insignificant trifles have what it takes to make it big – if you just give them the right space. <\/p>\n\n
