The metamorphosis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I have always been fascinated by transformation. This silent, almost magical process that takes place in nature – and yet has so much to do with us and our own lives. When I saw the metamorphosis of the moon butterflies<\/strong><\/a> I not only observed the metamorphosis of the moon butterflies, but also witnessed it myself, this fascination grew into even more amazement. <\/p>\n<\/div>

Lullaby for pupas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I have watched the transformation of mealworms into mealworm beetles: they eat, rest, grow and multiply. Sounds simple, but it’s not at all. Because even the seemingly motionless puppets are in the middle of a silent tour de force that demands full commitment. I did my best…<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Great art by small artists<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Art and children belong together. Every now and then I have the special honor of designing new insect species together with children. Every time there are great discoveries. This was also the case with this project with a school class<\/strong> <\/a>or with the hearing-impaired children of the Elbschule Hamburg<\/strong><\/a>. And also as accompanying program to my exhibition<\/strong> <\/a>in Bad Arolsen. Also accompanying the special exhibition Romanticism 2.0 in Bad Pyrmont <\/a><\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div>
